Motorcycle Salvage Yard destroyed in AZ

I am sure many of you Arizonians know of the motorcycle salvage yard (All Bike Sales) North of Mesa, South of Payson in Rye on Hwy 87.

Apparently it's now a total loss, and though I have never heard anyone speak good things about the people who run the place, hate to see that happen. My brother lives nearby in Gisela.

Well if no-one speaks good of them then what's the loss?
I'm thinking business wise of course, not any personal life or health losses to people.
