The humidity finally broke, had to get this ride in before the season turns. Left on august 27th, the weather at the bottm was sunny and 74 degrees. At the summit it was 41 degrees with a 40-45 mile per hour wind, little tricky on the way up. About a month ago, article in the news of a biker that went over the edge to his death. I could see how how that could happen. Stayed at a friends house that evening and did a little salmon fishing in the morning on Lake Winnipausekee, I probably spelled that wrong. Today it was the Kangamangus hwy. Round trip roughly 500 miles. The SEi ran awesome.

Glad to see someone who made it up. When I was there two years ago it was raining and the road was closed. Hope I get to do it sooner than later.

Rode up there 10 days ago. You really have to pay attention to what you are doing. Cross winds and road banking keep you alert. Windy, you bet.

I did it on my monstrous Yamaha Royal Star Venture. Man that road is nasty. Once was enough.
