I removed the fairing from my 83 1100 aspy and am hoping to offset the price of the bike. it has a cb radio, tape deck and all that. the windshield is crap but i guess it could be buffed out if you really put the effort into it. both mirrors are good but there is no headlight. price is negotiable and will definitely trade straight up for a digital dash. pics later today.

Is that the counter weight next to the "chrome blinker thingys"?

Was it installed on the bike with the fairing installed?

You may want to consider leaving it on the bike without the fairing.

Do I have it backwards in that it is needed with the fairing?

I'm thinking too much!

Yeah I read somewhere it was ok remove of I dont have the fairing on the bike. So far it has been riding smooth with no wobble so I am crossing my fingers that I don't need it.

The chrome blinker cover things? Yeah they aren't bad i don't think. I will check on them in a few and let you know.

Damage on the one.

CB Radio parts

1 into 2 speaker cable? (runs along frame)

Microphone cable ( sits near fairing i think)

Handlebar controls. (attaches to the clutch lever mount)
