We are planning to do breakfast & supper every day. On your own for lunch. Planned rides are a possibility.

Just called and got our reservations. We will arrive on Monday the 7th and depart Friday the 11th. I think she said room 317.

Possibility of making this trip now, hopefully I will know soon. Do we have a clue how many might be at the dam campground?
If we come we will be at the campground

unless they report here, we have no idea, as that registration process does not go through our committee.

Why would I talk bad about the campground?
Is there something I need to know about it?

it would have gone better, to have referred to it by the official campground name:
of which I can't remember either.

"Dam Quarry Campground

which is about three miles or so from resort at the bottom of Dam."

as for distance from the 'hotel';
it is not much different than most of the other sites we have been able to use.
Harrison, AR for one example.... just about 3 miles to the campground from the 'hotel'.

and that is why we have a NASR co-coordinators group, to do just that.

until this year, NASSIR2 thru NASR-12 was done by Lopeha & myself with us roping in anyone we could strangle to help us with the details... it is a BIG JOB....

NASSIR-1 was done by one man alone, Coyote Tom, and I forget his born name...
that is extremely unusual.

and at that, he roped in his family members, and cowpokes to take care of the necessary details...

finding new locations, is a very difficult task,
and that is why we have a NASR co-coordinators group, to do just that.

The prices & particulars for the event have been finalized! They are as follows;
T-shirts will $22 w/o pocket & $23 with up to 2XL, 3XL & up are $1 more

Breakfast will $6 & Dinner will be $8 per person for all 3 days. Menu will be;
Tuesday
Breakfast - Scrambled Eggs, Bacon/Sausage, Biscuits, Coffee, OJ
Dinner - Hamburgers, Potato Salad, Chips

Wednesday
Breakfast - Pancakes, Coffee, OJ
Dinner - BBQ Pork, Cole Slaw, Buns

Thursday
Breakfast - Biscuits & Gravy, Coffee, OJ
Dinner - Spaghetti & Meat Sauce, Tossed Salad, Garlic Bread

All condiments will be provided at each meal. BYOB for the dinner meal.

Hey All.....

just got a phone call from Charlie Weaver - flylow

he called to verify his room reservation, and was notified that some "other families" wanted be placed close together, and they had moved Charlie and Connie to a 2nd floor room ?? o_O o_O

uh, that won't work for Connie......

after a bit of back and forth, Charlie got back on the 1st floor where he was supposed to be.
the room number is 1 numeral different, but at least he is where he was supposed to be originally.

. So, it would be best for every one to call and verify your room reservations to avoid some unhappy situations when you check in.
