Perhaps it is the requirement for a passport for U.S. members to go home again. How many Canadians went to the previous five NASSIR's? As I was not in attendance, I cannot even guess. I do know from living in the U.S., and knowing quite a few citizens of that country, that Canadians are more accustomed to having to cross the border to go to this sort of thing than Americans are, in general. I don't know if that applies to Goldwing riders or just to the citizenry in general. I agree that the list is not as long as I thought it would be.

Well, I left at 5 AM this morning to come meet the Wizard, and my back tire went south about 40 miles from home, so I stopped going south at that time. Looks like a delamination on this Cobra Venom tire. Pressure is perfect, but the tire throws the whole bike around. Called the wife to bring tools and I pulled the back wheel off, and then we came home. No shops that sell tires open today (Monday) so by the time I get a tire and get it on - tomorrow will be gone also, so I am gonna just cancel the trip. Sorry I will not get to meet Y'All this time.
