I know there are many posts on tires, but therein lies the problem.
I'm overwhelmed:


A. Front Tire ?: ___________
(have Dunlop E3 Now)

 

B. Rear Tire ?:  ___________

(have Dunlop E3 now)

What is most common tried and true Darkside rear tire?

C. Mufflers ?: ___________

(Mine are rusted)
Have stock now. Like quiet pipes.



Also, I'm very POOR!

P.S.: I've got 18,500 mi. on both Dunlop E3's now. Front is cupping bad. So might go with E3 again for front, unless I can get more miles out of a different tire.

 

I'm not a hardcore twisty freak. And I pull a trailer with my lady 2-up a lot.

 

130/70-18 front tire.
160/80-16 rear tire.

Definitely try the Harley pipe idea.

As far as tires:

a. I cannot find the Dunlop Wintersport Run Flat for less than about $160 shipped.

How does this tire for $97 shipped look?:

c. Is there much difference in Radial and Bias on E3's?

I ordered the Goodyear Fuelmax per 96 from OnlineTires for the rear, and a new E3 Bias from Rocky Mountain RV for the front. About $270 total.

Now if I could just talk donr or pwhoever into selling harley muffler adatper kits!
