need some info

seem to be having a problem with it not getting to the right temp after changing the antifreeze. what can the problem be.

The 1500's have two issues with coolant changes...

1. They need to be run to get the trapped air bubbles out of the radiators.

2. They need to run absolutely full to the cap to cool correctly.

Check these and then see where you are.
Be sure you used silicate free coolant only.

2 things come to mind, did you purge the air from the system after changing the antifreeze? And theotherthing is sometimes when changing the antifreeze, the thermostat will stick in the open position, thus needing to be changed out. I always replace the thermostat whenever I replace the antifreeze.:) Welcome to the forum! I'm sure someone else will come along with some ideas also.:)
