Guys, I just had the best experience with a company ever! I had lost one of the straps for my Nelson-Rigg tank bag, so I emailed the customer service department to find out where to get one, and how much it would be. They replied the following buisness day asking for my address, and are sending out a replacement, free-of-charge.

I am amazed that there is a large comapny out there that actually cares about a single customer, and in return, I wanted to make sure all of you guys heard about this, and considered their products as opposed to someone else's.

They make some pretty good stuff. My last two bike covers are from them, and six months ago I bought their SB900 saddlebags - very impressed.

I've never had to return anything, but I'm glad to hear that they treated you well.

There's actually more than one company out there like that. I bough a Lund tonneau cover for my truck 5 years ago. 2 months ago one of the corner brackets broke, I gave them a call they sent out another set for free and I got in 2 days.

There are still some copanies out there that believe the customer comes first. It's nice to deal with one of them, you know you won't get ripped off.
