I've been to Scotland many times where Nessie lives and never seen her. Over here in Ireland we have leprechauns and banshees instead. :leprechaun:

She's a Scottish Lassie, likes water sports and sea food, she's single but wouldn't fit on your Honda 50 very well, might need a BIG side car !

I thought I seen Nessie once, but I think it was just down to all the ale I'd taken (you'd be mad to go looking for Nessie sober). :?

The men ofScotia take their Haggis seriously.

Is there that owre his French ragout
Or olio that wad staw a sow,
Or fricassee wad make her spew
Wi' perfect sconner,
Looks down wi' sneering, scornfu' view
On sic a dinner?

Poor devil! see him owre his trash,
As feckles as wither'd rash,
His spindle shank, a guid whip-lash;
His nieve a nit;
Thro' blody flood or field to dash,
O how unfit!

But mark the Rustic, haggis-fed,
The trembling earth resounds his tread.
Clap in his walie nieve a blade,
He'll mak it whissle;
An' legs an' arms, an' hands will sned,
Like taps o' trissle.

I've only had it boiled, deep fried sounds better. I kinda think of it as a loose meat loaf. It's not one of my great favorites but it's a hell of a lot better than lutefisk!
