Just wanted to say HI from Vancouver, WA

Bought an 85 Aspencade. Getting used to riding such a big bike! Not good on cornering yet. Forks seem a little springy.

Thx

Michael

:waving:Michael,

My wife and I are also first time Wing owners. We just baught a 1998 GL1500SE with 62,000 miles on it. ( I thaught it was 68,000 but I was wrong ).

Our bike has a CB, Am/Fm/Casette payer, after market 6 disk Apline CD player, cup holders, Cruise control ect. It's Red and a pretty nice looking ride. We should take delivery of it in about a week. The guy selling the bike is having a new front tire put on it and having the carbs fixed. ( they have a flat spot ). Then I told the dealer I baught it from to put a matching rear tire on and I also asked him to change the engine and FD oil, change the spark plugs and install a new timing belt. ( they don't need a belt until 100,000 miles but I figured if they're going to have the bike all apart they might as well change the timing belt to so I don't have to worry about it for a long long time.

Can't wait to ride it.

Have fun, ride safe and God bless ya.
