Hey everyone, I just bought my first Goldwing. I got me a 83 interstate, has 80k on the clock, but has maint. records out the kazoo including head gaskets, timing belt and waterpump. runs like a top and rides like a dream. Ive been looking for a couple things though, if anyone has an answer it would be awesome.

To really be comfortable, I have to sit on the back of the front seat, kinda the hump if that makes sense, was wondering if they make a seat to fit that riding position.

Second is do they make a replacement rubber for the markland floorboards.

Hope to get to know you all better

Howdy and welcome to the forum Paul! :waving:

1. Is the seat slid to the rear postion? It looks like it in the pictures, but not sure.

2. When the rubber for my board wore out I wnet to a flooring store and looked for rubber stair tread. Never found what I really liked so I settled for the sand-paper like material instead. Works great and it is adheasive backed.

Thank you all for the warm welcome, now only if the weather were so warm.
Warm welcome to you buddy
I recommend you post your question over in the General Motorcycle Discussion section. Most of the gurus won't see it over here, and a lot more people frequent over there. Just a few of us greeters hang out over here on a regular basis.
