1. Is the seat slid to the rear postion? It looks like it in the pictures, but not sure.
2. When the rubber for my board wore out I wnet to a flooring store and looked for rubber stair tread. Never found what I really liked so I settled for the sand-paper like material instead. Works great and it is adheasive backed.
