Hello everyone! I am a newbie to Gold Wings but not a newbie to motorcycles in general. I hail from the Shenandoah Valley of VA and live in Staunton, VA. My fiance's step-dad passed away late last year and he and his wife (Cindy's Mom) were very active with Gold Wing organizations when they were younger. Frank and Priscilla Kirksey's 89' Gold Wing (With California Sidecar) hadn't been on the road since 1998 when we took it to Blue Ridge Powersports in Harrisonburg VA to have them make it roadworthy. It's supposed to be done next week. So, this should be a fun summer of riding for the whole family. I'm especially looking forward to taking my future step-daughter, four-year-old Kirksey (Named for Frank) riding in the side car. Should be a blast!

Hey *******, How are ya?

I am only a short distance (10-15 miles) from both Greenville and Waynesboro, VA. How cool is that? It looks like some of your pictures were taken in this area as well, unless I miss my guess. Thanks for dropping me a note. Everyone has been great and I'm surprised to see all the riders from the UK on here.

i must put some more photos on, the shenandoah nation park is a nice place to visit, every time i take a trip your way, greenville is the first place i stay, the last visit i went for the first time to luray caverns, never been in caves before, what an experience, even the drive from greenville to luray was great, will try and get in touch with you next time i'm over
