The easiest, and most likely answer is a coil problem...except

Coils power 1&2, then 3&4 together...so

What kind of work has been done recently that could disconnect 2 spark plug wires?

Oh, and welcome to the forum.

How are you numbering your cylinders?
1&2 would be the front ones 3&4 the back ones.

HI I WAS WRONG IT WAS 1 & 2 NOT FIRING I DID REMOVE THE PLUG FROM 1 AND WITH BIKE RUNNING ON 2 CYLINDERS GOT NO SPARK. JUST GOT THROUGH REMOVING THE COILS(WHAT A JOB) IS THERE ANY WAY TO TEST THEM THANKS

Yes, you test for resistance. Do you have a service manual?

And for future reference...the coils can be tested without removing them.

Welcome to the forum macusps
Have you inspected the plug wires for corrosion on each end? If the coils test good, you can by bulk 7mm plug wire, 6' cut to 18" pieces. Moisture gets in them and shorts the spark and causes corrosion.
Get new NGK spark plug caps too.
Are the plugs new?
Has the bike been sitting a spell? Pull the Tupperware off and inspect the wiring for mixes damage.
