Greetings from White Bear Lake, Minnesota. I have owned a '75 Goldwing, and presently own a '83 Goldwing Interstate. I try to do all of the maintenance myself, and just completed replacing the brake pads and rebuilding the calipers (replacing main and dust seals) @ 42,642 miles. I am the second owner of the bike, and don't know if the pads and/or seals have been previously replaced.
I am an avid 'Wing owner, and plan to get in some long rides yet this summer.

I am visiting family in Austin for Thanksgiving. Wish I would have brought the 'Wing with me...the weather has been glorious for riding! Too bad it is stored for the winter - tucked away in the back corner of the shed with the battery removed and fuel stabilized. At least I can dream...
