need help finding problem with 1985 goldwing interstate when driving 100 kmh or less engine just quit but at higher speed from 120 kmh to 130 kmh its runs find also notice one plug is burning black this seems to happen about 2 to 3 times right after fueling up gas tank is building up air as i remove gas cap i can hear the air come out is this normal ? also would like to know if gas filter is supose to stay full at all time mind goes to half full under 2000 rpm but when at 3000 rpm it fill up
