Wanted to say Hi and are there any members who would like to comment on motorcycle traveling in Mexico?
My brother and I would like to try that next. Questions that pass through our minds are: Good destination points, good border entry locations, safety issues, accomodations and road conditions for touring bikes. Things like that.
I have heard that some border towns may have some drug violence issues, is that a real problem and can those areas be safely avoided?
We have enjoyed a lot of cross country touring and up to Alaska and thought maybe Mexico would be our next destination. Any thoughts?
