We are Pat and Sandi Lewis of Ladson SC, a suburb of Charleston.We just purchased a 1986 Aspencade with 39k on the clock.We have but one question..why didn't we buy one of these in 1986???The bike is something of a rescue project, as was Sandi's Morphous. My daily driver is a 2007 Majesty and Sandi,the 2006 Morphous.I haven't had the bike long, but I've already planned at least 10K miles worth of trips.What can I say?
Something I always wanted to say is WOOOT!

Hello Patrick and welcome to the Forum from Alabama!

Same thoughts as me when I got my 1100 two months ago, why haven't I gotten a Goldwing before now although I wanted one years ago.

I heard a radio ad this morning on a sale promotion going on at the local Harley dealership and while I like Harley's and may own one in the future thought it would be hard for me to break away from Goldwing's now for any other bike.

Welcome from the upstate!!! Come on up and ride the BRP with us. Also if you don't have the backrest that fits those mounts I have one here that belongs to a member in South Charleston that I haven't had time to return to him yet. I've been trying to sell it so I could just send him the money.
