Just wanted to say hello to all of you. New to the forum.:waving: Have been reading alot off the forum and have used alot of the tips you guys have put on it. Her's a photo of me and my wife on our 84 aspy. Just turned 70000 miles on it and going strong. Love this bike and plan on putting 70000 more on it. I posted a topic in the events forum also. thank you for the hospitality.i rode the department hog for a year, now i wish i could have rode my aspy instead. ride is so much smother and no vibrations. in the hot and humid south the hogs like to run hot. love that water cooled engine on mine.

No, I never had the patience to put up with the guff. I wouldn't have lasted long the tenth time somone gave me a load of crap in a day I'd have probably shot them. I'm just grateful there are folks out there who do the work of police and doctors, I couldn't.

it started out stock but my wife was getting some exhaust so i put them on. they came with the bike when i got it. they just slipped over the pipe and and attach with one screwat the rear of the pipe.. nothing else to it.
