New (to me) 1981 GL1100 Interstate Owner

Amazing how many people are changing bikes these days! I just got rid of my sailboat, and immediately my wife got me a GL 1100 off the internet. The PO recommended this site and I think it is great. Brought the bike home last night, and took my wife out to dinner at the marina tonight. We left after it was dark, and the seemingly perfect machines headlights went out when I turned on the turn signal. :D OK so I have to work on this little problem, just a short on a 28 YO bike, I am sure! So Guys I will be talking to or seeing you on the tech forums on wiring harnesses.
Thanks for being there and especially to Steve for maintaining such an active web site.
