have my trailer done, mostly, and my wife and I rode two up for a 130 miles yesterday through the Ozarks. I had a 150 lbs of cargo, plus the trailer. It trailed nicely, only downshifted a couple of times on hills. Gas mileage went down to 40 from my normal cruising mileage of 44-46. Temp gauge ran hotter than I usually expect, about 1/2. But I'm considering pulling the rad anyway and having it cleaned at a shop. I flushed it this winter.

It is a Harbor Freight Trailer, 8" wheels. It has a swivel hitch. I added a 1/4 plywood deck, painted black. I also added brackets to mount my road bicycle. I have a light bar on the back which I have not yet connected. I added trailer hitch, from Windwing, and wiring to the bike over the winter. The hitch has a slight upward tilt, but seems to not be a problem. I'm going to try and post a couple of pictures, just signed up with photobucket.
