Ihave a GL1200 aspencade 1984. It has been running fine, however on starting it up today it was running like a bag of spanners. On investigation have discovered that there is no spark on the rear two cylinders. Have tried changing plugs and there is still no spark. Fuel is getting through as the plugs are wet. Any help as to what may be causing the problems would be appreciated. If you need any more info to diagnose let me know.

thanks

Hi Janet and Gary. It sounds like one of the coils is gone bad. Switch the coils over, if the two fronts don't spark then you know it's the coil. If the coil does work when switched then it could be the pulse generator.
