while riding I pulled over to answer the phone the shoulder was in an incline so I pulled it into reverse so it wouldn't roll and you guessed it I put it into gear and drove off now no reverse awhell anybody able to tellme what the fix for this is??

Sounds to me that you weren't fully in reverse. If you were the bike wouldn't have gone into gear. A good start would be to check the adjustment on the reverse cable bell crank, it's under the front side cover on the right side. You can download a manual from the FAQ and Reference forum and check out the adjustment.
