Not a thread on oil, or filter brands.
If the oil pressure is LOW, would the oil light come on? (if there is one). The reason I ask is this: I recently changed to a long oil filter, as opposed to a short one. The engine just doesn't "sound" right. Cant really describe the sound tho. Kinda sounds like my old 1200 on a really cold morning where Startup was "klangy" till the oil warmed up. But my 1500 sounded like that last night on a very long ride. Should I just stay with the short filter? The filter im using is a BOSCH 3323. 14 psi by-pass valve,
