Guys when i bought my 93 SE they changed the oil and plugs, so they say. They told me they used Spectrum 10 W 30 GOOD OR BAD ???? Should I change it and if so should I run Seafome first??.

Again I can not say enough good things about you guys and this site.

Thanks

Do a search on the site? Lots of info. Unless the oil you've mentioned is designed for wet clutches ( ie has MA designation) I wouldn't use it.

I'm not familiar with this brand of oil. 10-30 sounds a little light most recommend 10-40.

Ummm, my favorite topic :cheeky1:

Agreed, unless it has friction modifiers, it should be just fine. A bit on the light weight side, but okay to run for a while in the winter.

When ready to dump it, put in some Sea Foam for a couple hundred miles and then change it over to Chevron Delo 400 15x40. Your clutch and tranny shifts will thank you ;)
