I was the successfull bidder on the orange blossom honey at Calhoun. I tried it yesterday and the orange flavour is fantastic. The bee crap we get at the supermarkets here is a blend of BP from all over the world, mostly China so I like to buy from beekeepers. Thanks whoever it was.

Had to be some one from Florida. Wish I had bid on it now.

I'm waiting for a response to the black strap molasses I brought for the auction. I don't remember who got it.

When you're talking to your neighbours let them knowI appreciatetheir efforts. From what I've learned from acouple of beekeepers I know, it's a lot of work to keep the hives going.

There's always one that has to stop at the Esso station which proves there's one Esso Bee in every group.:cheeky1:

Ok, Ok, I'll quit too.

Orange blossom is one of the best. I also like the honey from palmetto's. It's a very light colored honey with a very good flavor.

I never have developed a taste for clover honey which so many like. It's just a little strong flavored for my taste.

Do you know what a papa bee does with his stinger????

He sticks it in his honey of course!
