Well, I never complained about your helmets, but I have something to share.
I had a silver Fulmer modular (aka "flip front"), and finally realized it's too small. Of course, it's an XXL, so going larger was tough. My head seems to go in a straight line from the zygomatic arch down to my jaw, unlike most folks whose jaws indent a bit. So I was getting tons of pressure from th cheek padding on Fulmer, Arai, Shoei, HJC, KBC, and others. So I stumble upon this Vega Summit XPV at an out of the way shop near Knoxville. The XL fit pretty well, so they odered an XXL for me. The cheek padding is so much easier to deal with on these. Anyway...
When I first got my bike it was that Candy Regal Brown. Okay for the 80s, but I prefer blue. So I am in the process of painting my bike a two-tone blue and the lady at the shop suggested the blue Vega. I haven't had it in my hands yet, but she says it's almost a dead-on match for the overall appearance of the new "Illusion blue" on the 1800s.
Here's a link:
Helmets
JUst scroll toward the bottom, "metallic light blue". Not the best pic, but it's a start.
