Does anyone know a "easy" way to check those sensors? I seem to remember reading somewhere that you can unplug one and then the other and if the bike runs better with either one unplugged you have found your bad sensor.

Is that a valid check?

Unpilot Im sorry I can`t be of more help but my se-i was an electricle system nitemare I had so many problems with it that I traded mine in on an 98 kaw byiou 300 took my loses & went on oh my throttle position senser also said it was bad so as you can see these wings can be time consuming & expensive just my nickles worth !& Now I have a gl1500se 87,000 miles
