Possibly Honda has spent so much on recent frame recalls that they can't afford to change anything about the Wing except for possibly the aluminum frame's integrity.

I can only imagine what the frame recall campaign must be costing them.

If you guys want to have something better than what Honda is currently offering

And something the magazines can get their paws on that can stand up to the BMW (in their opinion) you'd best be beating something! Honda needs to listen to their customer base and redesign the 1800 into something extra ordinary again.... And I personally would like to see a boxer 8 cylinder powerplant with a redesign of the current plastics offered! Goldwing needs to evolve soon as I see more and more of them here in California.... These BMW's are not better than the Goldwing. It's just a warmer looking bike compared to the 05 Goldwing. I was going to but an 04 Wing but passed on it and will keep my SEi until they hear the fans beating something other than each other up in forums such as these!

Well, looks like we'll have to wait again another year or if Redwing is correct....
a few more years for a revision of our beloved Wing! the airbag is confusing though... Hmmm
