Hi folks,

For those of you interested, I have finally taken a large amount of photos of the NOS GL1500 engine I found for sale last year.

Many are repeats taken under different lighting conditions.

Flash light sure makes the engine look really rough in some photos..

Here is the link.. http://rides.webshots.com/album/569467965nkHHfm

Hope you can make use of the photos for any work you may need to do or are thinking of tackling.

Mr. Fix it,

What kind of website is that? It was flagged as offensive by our company firewall? I hate our IT department. They are a total bunch of illiterate nerds.

It must be one of those "bad" sites like PhotoBucket. They have that one flagged also. :p

The website is http://www.Webshots.com. Pretty harmless really. Photo video site like photobucket & other ones out there.

Your comment "They are a total bunch of illiterate nerds."

Maybe if you bribe them with donuts they will unblock the site!

I can understand this type of persuasion,as I am one of those "illiterate nerds"...:DLOL!!!

But I'm one of the cool nerds that works on Goldwings after hours...:cooler:

I guess you will have to wait until you get home! Even I have to do that from time to time..

It's worth the wait though!

Most company firewalls block anything that is deemed Fun....

Webshots may be great for looking at pictures, but they do have a reputation for wanting to install resource hogging software on desktops.
I make it a habit to automatically remove any of that type software when a user calls in complaining about their interent or computer running slow and hanging up all the time. It seems that the software is trying to phone home and isnt fully compatible with company firewalls so the computers hang waiting to "Timeout" to the website.

But great photos.. it would look even nicer in my 88 gl1500

Great photos. Actually, they are the best I have ever seen.

I was going to down them, but man, over +150 photos. I wish I had those photos when I was putting my engine back together 3 years ago.

Here, I'll make it easy for you to download all of them with one click.

It's funny how you can find these things.

My friend bid and won a NOS CB750 engine on a Honda pallet on Ebay for $150.
