I found out why my Corbin saddles backrest is killing me. I attached some pics, it would seem that the pillion on the Corbin is only 10-11
inches long compared to 14-15 for my Ultimate on the Roadstar. Could be that riders saddle is further back due to mid vs forward controls.
My wife needs the 14 inches of space to be comfortable. Can anyone please give me the measurements for the stock pillion or whichever aftermarket saddles you have ? I just discovered the difference in measurements today. The metal ruler is 18 inches. If I lose the backrest I might be able make the Corbin work but would have to get controls for intercom etc. moved
as the Corbin has all that intergrated.
The 1st pic is the rider seat the second is the pillion.
Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks,
Chris

It'll take some work, but somewhere on this site is the instructions for moving the trunk back a few inches. Much cheaper than buying another seat...
