Try: McMaster-CarrWell, I've shopped all the suppliers witin about 100 miles of Fairfield, TX and can't find a pully with a metric bore. I'm about to order one from the UK, unless anyone can lead me to one stateside. I'm looking for either a 3.5" or 4" pully with a 12mm bore, that uses an "A" v belt.

It's hard to believe you can't find a pulley that's all metric with the amount of import cars in use. The listing above may not show exactly what you are looking for, but search the site of give them a phone call on Monday.
This is where I get most of my steel/aluminum stock and bolts.
