Oh BikerFred, I bet most of us know that sickening feeling when it all goes wrong. Must have spoilt a nice day out. I recently dented the rear of my almost new van, that didn't make me feel exactly ecstatic!! But as said, at least you were not hurt. I hope the repair is soon done and the incident is behind you.

Kind of puts it in perspective when reading of poor Rocky and his good lady, but it is good that we all have this site to vent our feelings, always support here no matter whether large or small.

Coulda been worse might have been a side car with a passenger screaming "what the hell are you doing?" (That depends on just which side the nearside is)

Bikerfred: You needed a shoulder to ride on more than you need one to cry on. Sorry to hear of your mishap--that was only money, it will pass.

Excellent BikerFred, I am sure she will come back better than ever and you can get a few more idilic rides in, before the great British weather changes to it's usual gray and wet!!:(
