Well my pre-ignition problem has returned with bells on and I have no clue what could be causing it. I seem to find nothing on this problem in my research.

I have a clogged slow jet/jets...this I know. But now I'm real worried about this "continue to run syndrome" After I shut her off. Yesterday I shut her off while in first gear and let the clutch out. The bike lurched forward due to this condition and I was not ready for it......and down she went. No damage. Also the past few days a strong fuel odor all the time. It's a funny fuel smell though.....weird.

Soon as I sell one of my kidney's I'm off for a carb rebuild but what gives with this?

with the blocked slow jets you would be running a lean condition at idle and the cylinders would be hotter than normal so if a little gas goes in it would ignite on its own get the carbs sorted as soon as you can it could cause you to stumble when you least expect it and cause an accident
