Plastic or metal body won't matter. A streetbike is light duty in application.

Take your pick.

I've ordered from China with no problems in the past. Probably a few dozen times thereabouts. I've waited up to a few weeks at times for delivery though. Depends on fast you want it as to what you'll pay.
Sometimes a auction is the way to go depending on what you want.
