I stole this from Facebook:

After some Brake issues, I took the bike to West side Powersports of Evansville, Indiana.

This is what I found about two weeks later"

One bolt missing, the other about to fall out.
it’s sad when you can’t trust your mechanics

Sad when people cannot pay attention to detail or check their work.

My latest trip to the dealer was similar, Team Charlotte Motorsports, although not that dangerous - the tech lost both rubber washers on the front fender bolts. He replaced one with a o-ring (partial credit for trying?), and just left the other one missing. Then they soaked down the bike and everything in the cubbies including my radar detector and Sena unit with a power washer.

IF my mechanic makes a goof i know him personally. I will metally let myself know how stupid it was to (whatever ) the problem was. i don't have anyone else to blame. I kinda like it that way.

1981 I had a GS550 let the dealer put a new chain on before I got on the bike I checked the work and found the mechanic put the wrong clip on the master link went back in and pitched a fit about it since then no one but me has worked on my bikes.
