I'm sure it has been asked but I can't seem to find the answer, how much oil in the front forks with progressive springs installed.

Progressive recommends measuring the depth of fluid with the springs out and the forks depressed.
This is somewhat difficult if the forks are on the bike.
I would go by the manual if you haven't got the forks off.

When you say by the manual you are talking as in a standard set of springs as given in the manual?
