I recently did a rear tire change a d I used wheel bearing grease,my question is will that grease sufficent or should I remove it and use a heavier paste

you'd be safer pulling the wheel and using Moly60 or Loctite Molypaste since both have a higher % of moly,moly is a friction modifier,more is better

Guard Dog 570 is another good one, 73% moly. None of them are cheap, but they are definitely worth it, they can save your final drive.
