On my 95 Aspencade. NONE of my buttons or dial are lit up.

I just have learned over the last few years to change stations or volume like a raccoon.

I have had the radio out a few times and I know it's a fairly sealed unit. So you are going to have to break that seal to go inside.
There are people here that have gone inside and there are pictures of the insides in on a couple of members web pages. Do a search for MP3 Player and you will find these.
Let's see if anybody pops in here to see if there are any bulbs inside to replace.
