I need the Radio Cover for my 1500 Aspencade.

I have that Multifunction Amp Meter mounted on the Radio and it is not waterproof.

I had it on last night but didn't push it down hard enough to lock it.

Well somebody stole it.

If anybody has an extra one let me know.

Thanks,

Mohawk

Big Bike parts is not new... I have been buying there for years. They were and are still the same company as Showchrome. Big Bike Parts is just their website name. Oddly... they seem to be about the only folks offering any new products what so ever for 1500's. I get their news letter and they recently released this:

Day time running LED lights GL1500

Looks like an interesting product...

Also... just as a BTW... they have awesome closeouts and I recently bought a short bike covers for $29 bucks! The same covers sell for about $50 to $70 at other places. You need to book mark this site and check back regularly...

Nice find Pwhoever, I looked there and didn't find the cover.

I too have bought from BigBikeParts for years and they have a lot for the 1500.

I have been busy at home and hadn't checked this in a couple of days.

I have a member sending me a cover for the cost of shipping.

What an awesome group of people.

Thanks Guys and specially You Mike.

Being relatively new to the wing, is there supposed to be a cover over the radio?

It's not really needed as the radio is semi water proof.

I know I have sprayed my with the powerwasher a few times. But it is not recommended to do that.

I have one of those Multi Function Temp, Amp Meters velcroed to the face of my radio and That is not even water resistant.

That's the reason I use a cover.
