Good Morning......doing a radio install ona 84 and trying to verifey where the power ampis.....read carefully>>>>>>>looking down in the left side of the fairing thiers wires coming out of the right inner side inside the fairing schell, are you confused yet? anyway are those the amp wires? if so which ones are for the speakers? maybe I can put a picture on here later today

and yes Im aware the volume control is in the lower left side of the fairing panel but would like to bypass it , but thats another can of worms maybe someone can answer later

The amplifier is located on the inner wall under the pocket.
When it is installed correctly the power and the speaker wires are located at the top.
The power being the black two pin connector.
The 5 PIN Din is located at the bottom and that is the input.

The two following are the installation diagrams for the basic setup with intercom and following, for the CB complete.

As far as removing the avc, I think you can bypass that by plugging the blue banded output from the radio, directly into the red banded input on the amplifier.
