I can't help you for any schematics of the 1500, but I see you have found schematics of the 1800 en the type III. It would be appriciated if you can tell me where I can find these or maybe you can help me with it?
I also have a problem with a 1500 Aspencade radio which should be easier to solv with schematics, but I haven't found them either.
