I have a 2002 gl1800 over the winter had to charge battery now skeakers dont work but works though headset mute is off and is set for audio but no sound any help or ideals.:?

Mute is off and stereo is set to come out of speakers?



If this is true, I'd check the system with another speaker. just take any speaker that you know works and hook it to the stereo. If it works, something fried all of your speakers.



Most people think its not possible and think something is wrong with the stereo, but thats an easy check to eliminate that possibility. If it doesn't work with the new speaker, then you have to look at amp/stereo.

:waving:Just got back from my local dealer and while there I was looking at GL1800's and noticed the switches forward of the seat and one is for "AUDIO" and above it is a symbol for headset/speakers and possibly this switch determines whether the audio goes to your headset or the speakers.
