Noticed some play and I can't get the bolts any tighter.

These are what we call "floating" calipers. With the bolts in tight they should have a small amount of side to side play so that the caliper stays centered over the disc as the brake pads wear out. Anytime I take the caliper off for any reason I re-lube the bolts with the same moly60 lube I put on the splines of the rear end.

sometime the rubber boots/bushing inserts are toast or dry and give more movement to the caliper
