hi, i am going to try to replace my rear brake pads(fist attempt) i have the lower trunk cover off . took out four bolts holding left side bag on. disconnected electrical plug for lights. now saddle bag will begin to come off but something else is holding it on. how to i unhook the cable

well i ended up just sitting the saddlebag on a 5 gallon bucket..now on to the brake pads,then the flush all brakes and clutch with new dot 4 brake fluid .any thing else while the saddle bag is off?/

hi kads the cable that opens the saddlebag just clips off the locking mecheism rail in the bag its self there is nothing else you need to go after there just remeber that the rear brake is linked with the front right side also
