Ditto what Alan said, there's lots of info here, do a search in the box at the top of the page on 'brake sticking', 'caliper', etc. and you'll likely find all the info you need. I'd sure recommend Clymers manual for pictures and procedure. Also if one's hanging up it might be a good time to do all three, order pads and seals and do them up right with a flush and new fluid too. Having a front brake lock up at highway speed might not be a hell of a lot of fun! Brakes aren't something to crap around with in my opinion, your health and your brakes health are related!
