Hi, I have a 1980 Gl1100 and tried to rebuild the Rear Master Cylinder with a rebuild kit. I cannot get any pressure to build up after I have it all assembled. I believe that the housing is just too worn out. I cannot locate a replacement housing. I am really frustrated. Any suggestions?

Are you sure the small return hole is open? It is the tiny hole in the bottom of a larger hole above the main hole into the cylinder. If it's plugged it won't work.

Buy an 1800 MC and install that instead. You only need to make a mounting plate, and rebuild kits are a lot more plentiful.

How are you bleeding it? You will have to open the bleeder. push and hold the brake pedal, tighten the bleeder then release the pedal and repeat until you get fluid coming, then bleed as normal
