I'm not sure this is even a good idea, so I'll ask for some input and if you think the idea is valid, some technical input would be helpful on how to do this. My turn signals in the rear work fine, but I was wondering if I should/could wire up one of the trunk lights on each side, (one of the bulbs - not both) to also act as a turn signal. Good idea/ bad idea? Let me know - and also what needs to be done to do this.

You could easily run the wires from the trunk turn signalsdown to the new bulbs. Only thing is you will have red turn signals on the bottom. I remember on the gl1500 you could buy a new lower set of lights with the orange turn signals in them and they worked fine.

Hi Rick. Without orange lenses, doing this sort of defeats the purpose really IMHO. :waving:
