hey guys , I lost my clutch twice and decided that bleeding alone was not eh answer. i just rebulit the master and changed everything excepot for the diaphragm. I still hear a gush of air/liquid when pulling the lever in and I get a small ammount of brake fluid out of the breather hole on the sid eof the MS
Take on MC.

What could be wrong. It bled great and feels very good.

I have had to come up with some repair for the plastic that has ben melted by brake fluid. If i keep leaking brake fluid I will need a new fairing

Did you inspect bore where the piston fits, for scratches or wear?

it held a good ammount of pressure when dry and plugging the holes.

I am going to replace the diapragm and see if this cures the leak, and air rush sound.

If you are getting fluid leaking out the MC, then either the seals in the master are blowing by or the master itself is bad. Possibly a bad scratch in the bore or a crack.

If you cannot see anything obvious then I would replace the MC.
