Has anyone ever replaced the right handlebar switch assembly on a 2000 GL1500?The starter button was intermittent & Cruise buttonwould not work. Took it apart to clean it but foundsome of the springs were broken. So I ordered a new one for $69. I can't find a description in the service manual on how to take the old switch assembly off .... which body covers, etc.. has to be removed & disconnected. If you have some basic instructions I would appreciate the help!
